It Remains Dormant…..for now

It’s apparent to me

That people want to take advantage

Of the sweet side of me

I don’t think they know

Who I really am

See this mask you see

It’s what I would prefer you to see

But don’t ever get comfortable

Treating me like I’m stupid

I notice what you doing see

But I’m giving you grace

Because if you bring out the other

Side

It will burn down this place

And I’m telling you it’s not you

I’m afraid of

I’m way more scared of myself

Hell is where you will wish to be

If I release this beast

So why not stick to keeping the peace

Don’t push me too

Far

That you’ll soon not know

Who I am

The beast lays deep

Inside

But don’t be surprised if it

Shows itself to those who

Have hurt me
